Tomboy girl...

Today, Loong is at Amsterdam to attend a seminar. He went out very early in the morning and only will be back at night. Most probably after Anne goes to bed. So, get something for her to do, I brought her out to an open space to chase pegeons. Then we went to a shop to buy toy for her. You know what she choose? A CAR! Yeap, a car. Just like a boy. She is playing with the car now... so happy, keep on saying wanna show daddy her new car. Boy oh boy!

PPP: Binoculars

When I was young, my father worked as a seaman. He spent most of his time on ship floating around South-East-Asia. I remeber there was one time he brought us (my siblings) to experience how was his working ship looks like. Althought that only a one day trip where we went out to South-China-Sea in the morning and came back in the afternoon, but I remember the outing until now. It was a tough task to be a seaman, I must say. How I wish I can afford to buy marine binoculars for my father so that he can use it on a ship in the sea.

Autumn, but very cold!!!

As you can see, the highest temperature is 12'C!!! Lowest can go down to 3'C. Is this call Autumn? I feel like winter now... Today, I am going to dig out all our winter clothes... Cannot tahan already! Hope I am not the only one who starts to wear winter jacket! Duh~

PPP: Insurances

Loong and I have same opinion about insurance. That's why we got ourself life and saving insurances after we started to work. Life is unpredictable, we never know what will happen. At least now I can rest assure that if anything happen to me, my love one, especially my daughter still have money to live on.

I am very fed up with the procedure to apply temporary resident permit in Netherlands. I am here for 13 months now and I have yet to receive my resident permit! Can you believe it? More than a year! They keep on saying 2 more weeks, but I had been waiting for a lot of 2 weeks liao... I cannot leave Holland until I get my resident permit, which mean, I also cannot go back to Malaysia this december if my resident permit is not approve yet! Loong is going to Genava next months, I cannot go also... SO sian... very sian!!!!

100th paid-post.

I just submitted my 100th paid post from PPP. I can't believe that I actually can go so far in writing paid-post. I must thank God that He give me this opportunity to earn extra money at home. If I am still a working mother in KL, I do not think that I can have so much time to blog and write paid-post.

Normally I only can write USD5's post. The highest pay I got was USD20, I think only 1 or 2 I got that pay so high (yeah, this is consider high pay to me). This week, I also do not have much opps to write, I think I write less than 5 paid-post. Today, before I go to sleep, I itchy hand go click PPP, the I saw on USD25 post available for me!! I took it of course. I hope the post will be approved soon, then my highest pay record can increase to USD25... Hahaha... I hope I can have a good sleep tonight!

PPP: Solar Decathlon

When I read through all the additional resources given by to write this post, I am very glad that I got this opportunity. I really learn a lot from the reading. My husband study about environmental, I know that it's very important for us to get committed to minimizing the environmental impact of any actions. I saw a lot of mother has started to go "green" by using cloth diaper. This is a very good start, I wish to do it for my 2nd baby!

I have been receiving a lot of spam mail in my email that register for blogging use. I do not know why. A lot of it stated that I got a huge amount of money from an email lucky draw. Some even said someone pass away and left some money for me. A few million leh... If like that, I do not need to write so hard for all the sposored post... I can go back to Malaysia every month (weekly too tired liao)... Yeah... I am day dreaming!!!

PPP: Bedroom Furnitures

Good bedroom furniture is very important for us to get a good sleep. we spend 1/3 of our time on bed. That's why I prefer to have a set of traditional furniture that can guarantie a good quality. For child bedroom furniture, I will prefer a solid wood series which is easy to maintain and look cleaner! I wish to get a set of kid bedroom furniture that look so girly for my girl. Ahhh...

It was so cold today. Temperature below 10'c in the morning and slowly goes up a bit to 12'C now. I think this year we will have a very cold winter. Heater in the room in not fuctioning. Compaint to the housing agent last week and no one came to fix it until today. Luckily heaters in living room is still functioning. At least we don't feel that cold while we were in the living room. Every night, Anne will want me to huge her. I think she is cold. I just hope that they will fix the heater soon. Saya anak Malaysia, saya tidak tahan sejuk punya....

PPP: Romance Novels

I do not have a romantic husband. He is kind of a realistic person who some times act like a stone! When I see how other people's husband or boy friend treat them, I feel so envy. I have to hint and hint then only my man will act a little romantic.

Okay, talking about the most romantic experience I have, I think was during our courtship time back in University. That time, I went back to my hometown during semester break for a long 3 months stay. When I came back from my hometown, my that time boy friend (now husband) came to airport to fetch me. When we sat inside his car, he gave me 3 roses. Romantic or not? Not very romantic to you? But, this is the most romantic moment I can think of. Anyway, I still love this man because I believe he shows his care to me and our girl in different way. For example, he will make sure we eat fruits everyday. I think this act also can be a romantic act, right?

For girls, we think that romance in relationshp is important to keep our feeling of love there. I love to read Romance Novels. I think I better think of a way to let my husband read some romance novel here too, so that he can learn some romantic trick there!

I miss Malay food...

We went to Embassy of Malaysia in Netherlands yesterday morning to have our early lunch there. The open house began at 10:30am until 12:30pm. We reached there at 10:15am, waited for muslim man to finish their pray and started the makan-makan session around 10:35am.

We had nasi brani, mee-hoon goreng, daging rendang, kari ayam, ketupat, kuih-muih... and most importantly - SATAY! Oh, i miss satay so much! This was the first time Anne ate satay. I took 3 cucuk and she ate 2 of it!

Ok, in another 2 months I can eat lots of malay food back in Malaysia.... I just wish I can go home as soon as possible to eat all kind of delicious food in Malaysia!!!

Holiday in Spain

One of the Europe country that I wish to visit is Spain. As the second most mountainous country in Europe, I just wish that I can spent my holidays in these shady, leafy and moist woods. We couldn't join our China friend's trip to Spain during Summer. Loong needed to prepare his proposal that time. When I look at all the pictures taken by the family, I told myself that one day, I must step my foot on Spain.

Anyway, our China friend did share with us some of their travel tips in Spain. Their first stop was at Barcelona. Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, is a cosmopolitan Mediterranean city that has the most beautiful examples of Modernism and 20th century avant-garde art. Visiting Barcelona is affordable to us now because we can actually book our stay online at Hotels in Barcelona (in english) or at Hoteles en Barcelona (in Spanish). The price are actually very reasonable and affordable to us. I can find a hotel which is at the centre of Barcelona so that we can enjoy the night life without the need of taking a train or calling a taxi.

After Barcelona, they continue their trip in Spain to Madrid by train. They reached Madrid early morning and didn't intend to stay in a hotel because they needed to took an early flight next morning to come back to Netherland. Yes, they stay a night in airport. For me, if I travel to Spain, I will sure spent more time in a place and not in rush like them. I sure need to find a Hotels in Madrid to relax myself and to let my little girl has a rest before continue our journey. I just do not like the idea of sleeping in an airport!

Not much Opps to write

Not much opportunities to write. Anyway, I am also very busy unpacking all my stuffs. Anne keeps on kacau-ing me and she become very glued to me. I do not know why. She refused her daddy totally. Always, mummy... mummy... mummy... I just need a break. I am with her 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Loong is busy with his research... How I wish I can have a very short break... Anyone can help me to babysit my girl for 2 hours? Just 2 hours... :-P

PPP: The slim slider

I am searching for a phone with camera function. I know it's pretty easy because almost all of the new phone comes with this function. Why I need a mobile phone with camera function? because I always forgot to bring my digital camera with me. I always go out with mobile phone. If my mobile phone has camera function, then I can just bring my mobile phone with me and able to snap pictures with my mobile phone.

I am SICK!

When we first moved into this new room. All the heaters in the room were not functioning. I need heater badly! It was so cold in the room. Then, on the 2nd day, 2 heater in living room and dining area are working. I am glad. But, heaters in both bedrooms are still not functioning. It was so cold specially at night. I just hope that they will settle the problem soon. I am down with a cold now. My nose is stuck! I just hope that Anne will not get the flu bug from me... Praying hard for this!
