A Request To All Webmasters Of Adult Sites:

“Please require a password-protected login before allowing even free access to explicit adult content. We understand that selling porn is your business and we respect your right to make a legal living. But understand our legitimate concerns and work with us. You already have the “warning adult content” on your websites. Yet kids, who are not legal customers of your product, ignore the warning. So to prevent them from having direct access to explicit images, texts and sounds, the simplest way is to have a password-protected login. No more “free tours” before a visitor supplies basic information.”

What 5 things you do not know about me??

  1. I am allergy to alcohol. My whole body itchy due to the "wine chicken" I ate during confinement! All my confinement food that consist alcohol needed to cook for a long time to boil-out the alcohol! Cannot drink beer also! :-)
  2. I am under weight! I am 168cm height with 43kgs only. A skinny person.
  3. I gained 20kgs during my preggie with Anne. Horrible hor... I thought I can maintain some fat after pregnancy, but NO! I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight now.
  4. I eat a lot and poo a lot too. Hahaha... That's why I cannot gain weight one! Super active digestion system.
  5. What else you want to know? Tell me, and I let you know! Cannot think any liao...

咕噜肉

材料:
  • 猪肉;我用三层肉
  • 蒜头茸1汤匙
  • 黄瓜
  • 灯笼椒(什么颜色都可以)
  • 番茄
  • 大葱

三层肉切块加入以下材料腌一阵(1小时):

  • 面粉1汤匙
  • 蛋一粒
  • 生抽(酱青)1/2汤匙
  • 白糖1/2茶匙
  • 盐1/4 茶匙
  • 胡椒粉

咕噜肉汁的调味:

  • 番茄酱2汤匙
  • 糖1汤匙
  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 盐1/4茶匙
  • 粟粉1茶匙
  • 水100ml
  • 醋1汤匙(老公不喜欢,所以我没放)
  • 辣椒酱1汤匙(不想吃辣的咕噜肉,也没放)

步骤:

  1. 将腌好的肉沾上粟粉炸至金黄,拿起待用。- 我懒,没沾粟粉,直接炸!
  2. 爆香蒜茸与洋葱,加入番茄,黄瓜,以及灯笼椒;翻炒;
  3. 再加入咕噜肉汁的调味料煮滚。
  4. 加入肉翻炒几下,即大功告成。

Grrrrrr...

You know what? I found a place to download 36+8 Barney VCDs!!! Can you believe this? And it's FREEEEEE!!! Last year, I spent GBP29.90 to buy 12 Barney VCDs from Ebay... If I know this website earlier, I can save a lot of money liao.......... Duh~~

Plan to go to zoo this morning, but it started to rain early in the morning until the time we suppose to leave the house. So, trip was cancelled! We went shopping to buy my facial cream and a birthday present for Salbiah's birthday party later in the afternoon. I just cannot understand one thing! US - Netherlands and Malaysia - Netherlands, which is nearer? Definately the first one right? Then why Dermalogical (US product) is much more expensive here? It cost me Euro 138 for 3 things which in Malaysia I can get it at RM400 nia...

Long life noodle

On the first day of Chinese New Year, we - Hing Ann will eat this "Long Life Noodle" (长寿面) with chicken soup and one egg (we call it太平蛋). Every year, my mother will cook for us. But since this year I am not at home, I decided to cook this on the first day of CNY also. Very easy!
Ingredient:
  1. 2 drumsticks
  2. 5 dried mushroom, soak in water and cut into pieces
  3. Ginger
  4. salt
  5. Long life noodle

To cook the chicken soup, put ingredients 1 - 4 into a pot filled with hot boiling water. Let it boil for 1 or 2 hour. Boil another pot of water to cook the noodle for 5 minutes, take it out and put in a bowl. Pour the chicken soup into the bowl when you are ready to eat! One bowl for Loong and one for myself!





Rejected

PPP rejected my blog. My fault, I didn't know that I must have at least 20 post for the last 90 days. I thought I only need to make sure my blog is more than 90 days old. Anyway, I can resubmit after I reach this criteria! Ganbatte!!!!

Becareful when your house have a toddler!

This morning when hubby called MIL, MIL told him that his nephew (3rd sister's eldest son) was admitted to hospital due to food poisoning. What happen?

SIL#3 left his son to her FIL, this FIL was handling some poison (to kill mouse). The phone rang, and guess what? He left the toddler with the poison!!!! You can guess what happen next, right? Yes, the boy took the poison and eat!!!

Luckily the found out that he is chewing those poison and rush him to hospital to "wash" his stomach! So pity, has to go through all the painful procedure to clean his stomach. Till now, he is still not allowed to eat and drink. Not sure they manage to go back to Bentong tomorrow or not.

Lesson of the day: Never ever left your kids to someone who you think they are not alert enough to take care of kids. Someone can just be to careless. I hope I can remember this inciddent and be more careful when taking care of Anne! I really felt sorry and pity for that little boy!

Fried meat ball (炸肉丸)

Ingredients:

  • 50% pork + 50%beef (minced and mixed 和在一起剁碎),
  • 1/2 pc tau fu (水豆腐),
  • 1 egg, flour (一点面粉),
  • corn flour (一点薯粉),
  • 2 pcs red onion (chopped红葱头切成碎),
  • 2 pcs garlics (chopped蒜米切成碎),
  • salt (盐).



Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. If the mixture is too soft, add more flour. Use a spoon to scop and put in hot oil for deep fried.
  • That’s it, easy to prepare~ Eat with sweet chili sauce, it’s yummy!!

Braised Chicken Wings and Eggs

First, I would like to share my cooking of braised chicken wings and eggs (卤鸡翅膀与鸡蛋).

Ingredients:
  • Chicken wings and water-boil-eggs.
Sauce:
  • 500ml water,
  • 3 tbsp of soy-sauce (生抽/酱青),
  • 3 tbsp of dark-soy-sauce (老抽/黑酱油),
  • 4-5 pcs of cane sugar (冰糖),
  • 4-5 pcs of garlic (蒜头, 拍扁),
  • 1 pcs of bat-kok (八角).

My review: a little bit too salty, next time I will reduce the amount of soy sauce and dark-soy-sauce.
