Braised Chicken Wings and Eggs

First, I would like to share my cooking of braised chicken wings and eggs (卤鸡翅膀与鸡蛋).

Ingredients:
  • Chicken wings and water-boil-eggs.
Sauce:
  • 500ml water,
  • 3 tbsp of soy-sauce (生抽/酱青),
  • 3 tbsp of dark-soy-sauce (老抽/黑酱油),
  • 4-5 pcs of cane sugar (冰糖),
  • 4-5 pcs of garlic (蒜头, 拍扁),
  • 1 pcs of bat-kok (八角).

My review: a little bit too salty, next time I will reduce the amount of soy sauce and dark-soy-sauce.
