Ingredients:
- Chicken wings and water-boil-eggs.
Sauce:
- 500ml water,
- 3 tbsp of soy-sauce (生抽/酱青),
- 3 tbsp of dark-soy-sauce (老抽/黑酱油),
- 4-5 pcs of cane sugar (冰糖),
- 4-5 pcs of garlic (蒜头, 拍扁),
- 1 pcs of bat-kok (八角).
My review: a little bit too salty, next time I will reduce the amount of soy sauce and dark-soy-sauce.
