Fried meat ball (炸肉丸)

Ingredients:

  • 50% pork + 50%beef (minced and mixed 和在一起剁碎),
  • 1/2 pc tau fu (水豆腐),
  • 1 egg, flour (一点面粉),
  • corn flour (一点薯粉),
  • 2 pcs red onion (chopped红葱头切成碎),
  • 2 pcs garlics (chopped蒜米切成碎),
  • salt (盐).



Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. If the mixture is too soft, add more flour. Use a spoon to scop and put in hot oil for deep fried.
  • That’s it, easy to prepare~ Eat with sweet chili sauce, it’s yummy!!
