Long life noodle

On the first day of Chinese New Year, we - Hing Ann will eat this "Long Life Noodle" (长寿面) with chicken soup and one egg (we call it太平蛋). Every year, my mother will cook for us. But since this year I am not at home, I decided to cook this on the first day of CNY also. Very easy!
Ingredient:
  1. 2 drumsticks
  2. 5 dried mushroom, soak in water and cut into pieces
  3. Ginger
  4. salt
  5. Long life noodle

To cook the chicken soup, put ingredients 1 - 4 into a pot filled with hot boiling water. Let it boil for 1 or 2 hour. Boil another pot of water to cook the noodle for 5 minutes, take it out and put in a bowl. Pour the chicken soup into the bowl when you are ready to eat! One bowl for Loong and one for myself!
