USD114.70 Spent!

I used a a few months to earn USD200+ in my paypal account. Yesterday, I spent USD114.70 in my account to buy a gift for my sister who is going to give birth to a baby girl early december. This is what I bought for her:

An ISIS Out & About Breast pump Set. I read a lot of mummy giving good feed back regarding this product and this is the best that I can afford for my sister and her baby, so I decided to get one for her. I wish she will fully utillise this and can breastfeed her baby successfully! Ganbatte~
