Stir-fry Lady Fingers 羊角豆.

We only can buy lady-fingers in some Asian shop and open market in Den-Haag (which need to travel 40 minutes by bus). We seldom buy lady fingers from the Asian shop, because they sell it at a very expensive price - Euro 1.20 for 10.

I love to eat lady fingers, this is how I cook it!



Ingredients:
  • Lady fingers 羊角豆
  • ikan bilis
  • garlics
  • 1 chili padi
Steps:
  1. Heat wok, add some oil. fried ikan bilis first.
  2. When ikan bilis turn brown, add in chopped garlics. Stir till fragrant.
  3. Add in lady fingers, stir, add a little soy sauce.
  4. Lastly add in chilli padi and stir again.
  5. Take up, ready to serve!
